Our ultimate goal since opening in 1992 has been to provide the best and safest customer experience to people of all ages and skill levels. Firstly, our multi-level track layouts have been described by many as the best in Europe, and we owe this to our late visionary founder, Stuart Cosgrave, who implemented multi-level tracks 20 years prior to other karting circuits on the continent. Furthermore, we have always ensured to provide the highest spec karts, equipment, and racing team for all drivers.

A 30 second summary of Kylemore Karting’s story – Ireland’s First Indoor Karting Centre

• September 1992 – Kylemore Karting opens its doors and becomes Ireland’s first Karting centre. We opened with one track in our same location.
• 1992 – 1999 – Kylemore is well received by the public, and we welcome to same customers as today; corporate events, families, stag/hens, friends etc. Kylemore also becomes a leisure activity for some of the world’s most famous stars. During this time, we hosted; the Ferrari and Jordan F1 teams, Jon Bon Jovi, and hosted a Boyzone fan event.
• 1999 – Kylemore installs its first multi-level feature, creating the hill and underpass on Track 1. This marks the first multi-level track feature for a karting circuit on the continent.
• 2002 – Track 2, is opened to the public, and is a true multi-level track. The track is designed with hills, banked corners, underpasses and most notably the 15ft drop, marking it as one of the most exciting and innovative indoor karting tracks.
• 2009 – Track 3, is opened to the public, another exhilarating track layout, creating Europe’s largest indoor karting centre. Kylemore is now able to offer customers 3 different track layouts, with a combined racing size of 1000 meters!
• 2017 – Kylemore Karting celebrates 25 years in business. Sadly, our legendary and visionary founder, Stuart Cosgrave passes away. However, we have continued to improve the driver and customer experience since then by adding a digital timing system, improved karts and new exciting race formats.
• 2022 – Kylemore Karting celebrates 30 years in business!
