Booking

Race Events:  A €200 booking deposit is the minimum required to secure a booking within 5 days of provisional booking being made. We may require an additional deposit dependent on your group size. The balance is payable prior to the commencement of the race. Booking deposit is payable via a secure payment link. Please note; discounted Gift Cards and/or eVouchers cannot be applied against deposit payments, but will be honoured as part your balance payment.

Time Trial Sessions:   Prepaid online for a 30 minute session or requests by phone or email no more than 5 days in advance.  All voucher payments bookings along with Family Specials can be made by phone or email request.   All Time Trial sessions are based on a maximum number of  6 drivers subject to availability.

Driver Numbers

In cases where driver numbers on the race day are less than 50% of driver numbers pre-booked, we reserve the right to retain the booking deposit and thus not deduct it from the balance payable on the day.

Additionally, where discounts are given based on group size, if the group size falls, we reserve the right to revert to the non-discounted price as well as retaining any additional deposits.

To avoid any potential penalties, Kylemore Karting must be informed of a group downsizing at least 5 days prior to the race date.

Cancellation

Deposits and online bookings may be refunded where at least 5 days notice of cancellation is given. A credit for the payment may be transferred to a new booking at a future date subject to availability.

Payment Options

Kylemore Karting accepts all major Debit and Credit Cards using Payment Links as well as Bank Transfers and Cheques payable to Kylemore Karting. Failure to pay your booking deposit within the appropriate time scale, may result in re-allocation of the date to another party.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards or eVouchers can be used for races, time trials or merchandise, subject to availability all sessions must be pre-booked.

Please note; discounted Gift Cards and/or eVouchers cannot be applied against deposit payments, but will be honoured as part your balance payment.

All Time Trials  are based on a maximum number of  6 drivers per session subject to track availability.

All gift cards/eVouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Purchases before 2nd December 2019 are also valid for 5 years from date of purchase the date when the new the Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019 came into effect.

Gift Cards/eVouchers are non-refundable and have no cash redemption value. All eVouchers purchased are non-transferable to Gift Cards.

All eVouchers will be sent out instantly to the email address provided at checkout.

All purchases will receive a receipt of purchase with a product reference number – this should be stored safely for ease of retrieval in case of loss of voucher. ID will be required to redeem same.

Balances on vouchers can be checked by calling our arena where a member of staff will be able to assist you.

Drivers under 18 years of age require an adult over the age of 18 with them at all times. Junior drivers must be over the age of 9 and also adhere to the minimum height restriction of 137cm, subject to bend-in-knee requirements.
