What we use, and why.
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to run this site. You can accept or decline the optional ones from the banner shown on your first visit, or change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.
Necessary
Required for the site to function - signing in, keeping your voucher purchase session active. These can't be switched off.
AI Chat Assistant
If you use the chat assistant, your messages are sent to Anthropic for processing so it can reply. The conversation is also stored for 90 days from your last message, then automatically deleted, so our staff can review it if needed. Declining cookies disables the chat assistant.
Location Map
The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps, which sets its own cookies once loaded. Declining cookies keeps the embedded map hidden - a plain link to open our location directly on Google Maps is shown either way.
Live Chat
Powered by Tawk.to for two-way chat with our staff, reached via the "Chat with Team Member" option in our chat assistant once you've had a couple of replies from it, available 10am-8pm. Declining cookies disables live chat the same way it disables the AI chat assistant. Live chat conversations are stored by Tawk.to under their own data-retention terms, separately from the 90-day AI chat transcript retention described above.
Reviews Widget
Our Google reviews are fetched from Featurable and displayed directly on the page - this happens on our server, not in your browser, so it doesn't set any cookies of its own and isn't affected by your cookie choice above.
