Bookings & deposits

A minimum deposit secures your booking. Additional deposits may apply depending on group size. The full balance is due before racing begins. Gift cards and vouchers cannot be applied against deposit payments.

Driver numbers & cancellations

If the number of drivers who actually turn up falls below half of your pre-booked group, your deposit is forfeited. Cancellations made with at least 5 days' notice qualify for a refund or a credit transfer to a future booking.

Age, height & safety

• Drivers must be over 9 years old and at least 137cm tall
• Drivers under 18 require constant adult supervision
• No sandals, flip-flops, loose clothing, head coverings, shorts, or dresses on track
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears intoxicated; alcohol is not permitted

Payment & vouchers

We accept major debit/credit cards and bank transfers. Vouchers purchased through this site are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, and carry no cash value.

Liability

Kylemore Karting is not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged on-site.
