Booking

Race events: A minimum booking deposit of €200 is required to secure your booking and must be paid within 5 days of the provisional booking being made. An additional deposit may be required depending on group size. Deposits are paid via a secure payment link. The full balance is due before racing begins. Failure to pay the deposit within this time may result in the date being re-allocated to another party.

Time trial sessions: Sessions can be prepaid online for 30 minutes, or requested by phone or email no more than 5 days in advance. Bookings paid by voucher, and Family Specials, can be made by phone or email. All time trial sessions have a maximum of 6 drivers per session, subject to track availability.

Driver numbers

If the number of drivers on race day is less than 50% of the number pre-booked, we reserve the right to retain the booking deposit rather than deduct it from the balance payable on the day.

Where a group-size discount has been applied and the group size falls, we reserve the right to revert to the non-discounted price and retain any additional deposits.

To avoid these penalties, please inform Kylemore Karting of any reduction in group size at least 5 days before the race date.

Age, height and safety

Drivers must be over 9 years of age and at least 137cm tall, subject to bend-in-knee requirements. Drivers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.

Comfortable, casual clothing and fully closed, flat footwear are required. Sandals, flip-flops, open-toed shoes, shorts, dresses, loose clothing and loose head coverings are not permitted on track for safety reasons. Drivers who wear a head covering can use a fitted balaclava or sports hijab, available at reception (please see our Loose Clothing Policy on the What to Wear page).

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Cancellation

Deposits and online bookings may be refunded where at least 5 days' notice of cancellation is given. Alternatively, the payment may be transferred as a credit to a future booking, subject to availability.

Payment options

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including AMEX, by secure card payment link, as well as bank transfer.

Gift cards and eVouchers

Gift cards and eVouchers can be used for races, time trials or merchandise. All sessions must be pre-booked, subject to availability.

Discounted gift cards and eVouchers cannot be used towards deposit payments, but can be used towards your balance payment.

Gift cards and eVouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, are non-refundable and have no cash value. eVouchers cannot be exchanged for physical gift cards.

eVouchers are sent instantly to the email address provided at checkout. Every purchase comes with a receipt showing a product reference number; please keep this safe in case your voucher is lost. Voucher balances can be checked by calling the arena.

Liability

Kylemore Karting is not responsible for personal items lost, stolen or damaged on the premises or in the car park. Lockers are provided for all personal belongings.
